This is an informational company website featuring products, spare parts and articles. It has no online checkout or customer accounts. Links to external shops are governed by their own privacy terms.
Data and legal bases
Server logs may include IP addresses, requests, timestamps and browser information. These data are processed to operate and secure the website and troubleshoot problems, based on our legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). If you contact us by email or telephone, we use the personal data you provide to answer your inquiry, based on Article 6(1)(f), or Article 6(1)(b) for pre-contractual matters. Google Maps is loaded only if you consent to external services; Google may then process technical data.
Retention and recipients
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle an inquiry and, where justified, until relevant claim limitation periods expire. Server-log retention depends on security needs and the hosting provider's retention settings (to be verified). Access may be granted to our hosting provider dhosting, technical providers and Google if you choose to enable the map.
